auTre for 10th Lurani - Flight Feather
I got this mini dress called Flight Feather there for L$10 and I had a blast styling it. This time, I styled it with green items that had a soft and mellow shade so as not to over power the gray tone of the dress. But you can style this with many other colours too. For example, keep it monotone and use black/white and shades of gray, add some striking red, yellow might look sophisticated too.
It's really these simple items that gets me excited because there is so much possibility!
Here, I used a necklace and earring set from Mandala and a really fun wrist warmer from Kazu Pinklady, both stores owned by Japanese creators. I love the jewelry that kikunosuke Eel makes that always has that unique impact that works great especially with simple outfits because they bring out the best of his creations. These wrist warmers are a great item to have especially around this time of the year too. As you can see, it's also a very fun addition to casual looks that can tranform a plain casual look to something very fashionable.
I was going back and forth between a black/gray pair of shoes and a green pair but in the end, decided to go with this cute green pair of wedge sole pumps from Baiastice. As it blends in with the tights I wore, it didn't distract too much from what goes on above and yet added that cute final touch.
Here I wore this huge hair which was a new release from Vanity Hair, but depending on where I go, I would swap this with something smaller or something more casual. The big hair looked great for pics though.
I must say, I really enjoyed styling for this one. :)
